Question by SSLYBY(:: When you’re on a detox diet (lemon/master cleanse for me) where are the toxins released?
I am confused!
Is it poop or coughing or just peeing??
I have been on it for two days and feel absolutely nothing significant, except from minor headaches.

it’s released through stool. So yeah, if you start pooping black, thts normal lol.
